    Shipping

    We know you can't wait to show off your fresh threads, so we do our best to ensure that all in-stock items are shipped out promptly after payment is processed.

    Please allow one to 2 business days for processing before shipping.

    * We process orders Tuesday- Saturday except on Holidays.

    To make a purchase, simply add the items you desire to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Here, you will have the opportunity to review a number of shipping options and compare costs. When you select the shipping method you prefer, the flat rate fee will be added to your subtotal. You will have a chance to see the total, shipping included, before you submit payment information and complete your purchase. On-line orders are taken directly from the boutique's in-store stock and handled personally by Bella Jules staff.

    Item Availablity:
    We make every effort to keep an updated inventory for immediate delivery. Occasionally we sell out of products sooner than anticipated. We know this can be inconvenient so if we are out of stock of an item that you ordered, we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours of the order being received. Any changes will be reflected in your order total

    Domestic shipping for continental US
    USPS- We are subject to USPS regulations, standards and delivery limitations. Delivery estimates are based on receiving the order before 12pm EST
    USPS Priority-6.99 (3-5 business days)
    USPS Priority 2 Day- 15.99 (2-3 business days)
    USPS Express- 40.99 (1-2 business days)

    Orders $100+- FREE standard shipping within the US
    Local- FREE- choose local pick up if you would like to stop by the boutique to pick up your purchase.

    International Shipping:
    USPS Express Mail International 69.99
    This fee does not include any additional taxes, customs or duty fees.  Customers are responsible for those additional fees.

    *All shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Tracking an Order:
    You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been placed as successfully transmitted. You may e-mail Bella Jules and we will be able to track the status of your package for you.



    Return Policy

    Bella Jules and www.bellajulesboutique.com operate as separate entities and therefore offer customers unique shopping experiences in both locations. As a result, our customer service and return policies for both locations must be tailored to fit their respective customers.

    At Bella Jules, we take great pride in our reputation for superior quality, excellent value and attentive service. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these simple rules for an easy exchange or return:
    Please note: In both locations all purchases of sale items of 50% off or higher are final.
    Final Sale on Formal Dresses.
    In Store Purchase Returns: 
    Returns with receipt within 7 days of purchase receive full refund according to original payment.  Returns with receipt within 8-14 days of purchase receive store credit.  No returns after 14 days or without receipt.  Returns must be in original condition.
    Online Purchase Returns:
    Bella Jules will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving date.
    *ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITH A RECEIPT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT; CLEAN, UNWASHED, UNWORN, NO ODOR, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AFFIXED. TAGS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT OFF AND PINNED, OR SECURED BACK ON IN ANYWAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    If the items are deemed returnable, you will be eligible for an exchange of equal value or a complete refund for the item(s) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your receipt. Please note that Bella Jules reserves the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet acceptable standards.

    Returning shipped items:
    1. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on-line, Bella Jules must be notified within 7 days of the original date the merchandise was received.
    2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to Bella Jules without authorization cannot be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, contact info@bellajulesboutique.com.
    3. When you contact Bella Jules about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) which is to be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.

    5. To complete your return or receive credit for an exchange, items must be postmarked within 3 days of the date your RMA number was issued.
    6. As soon as your items arrive at the boutique, Bella Jules will promptly ship replacement item(s), issue store credit or provide a complete refund (minus shipping and handling fees) according to the amount and payment method indicated by your original invoice.
    7. Again, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume responsibility for all return shipping fees.

    Items returned without a RMA number or postmarked after 3 days of the RMA issue date will be given store credit minus a 30% restocking fee.

    Gift Card Purchase Returns:
    If you wish to return an order purchased with a Gift Card, you will receive a Gift Card in the amount of the refund.

    Defective Merchandise:
    Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If you find a defect please contact us at info@bellajulesboutique.com within 7 days of receiving purchase.
